Sugar Free Apricot and Walnut Flapjacks

3/4 Cups Chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 Cups Dried Apricots, chopped
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Soft Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Cup Rolled Oats

1. Preheat the oven to 340F
2. Place the butter, soft brown sugar and honey in a small pan and heat gently until melted
3. Pour the oats, walnuts, and apricots into a bowl and stir in the melted butter mixture
4. Transfer to an 8 x 8 inch greased and lined baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins
5. Remove and cool in tin, then slice into 16 bars
