A wrist sprain is a strain or tear to the ligaments in the wrist.
1. Hold your hand out and try to flex a little so the Healit™ SelfGrip® does not get to tight
2. Hold the SelfGrip® to the middle of the forearm and wrap around and down towards the fingers overlapping the wrap by half.
3. Make figure 8 patterns around the joint to create stability.
4. Press the self-adhesive SelfGrip® to itself to secure.
