Jogger's Heel How To

1. Take 3-4 pieces of Healit™ EasyRip™ Trainers tape and apply it directly to the foot.
2. Start on the outside of the foot and pull across (giving more tension in the arch) and around to the top. Repeat this with the other strips moving towards the heel overlapping the EasyRip™ Trainers tape by half.
3. Take Healit SelfGrip® and start at the ball of your foot wrapping around (again with more tension when pulling around the arch) and back toward the heel.
4. Press the self-adhesive SelfGrip® to itself to secure.
