Exercise of the Month – Standing Thigh Release

1. Stand tall with abs engaged, feet together and arms by your sides
2. Bring your right heel toward your backside and grasp the top of your foot with right hand
3. Extend the left arm overhead (or place it on a chair) to help with balance
4. Press the right foot into your hand to increase the stretch along the front of the thigh
5. Hold for about one minute; release, switch sides and repeat

Reps: 2/Leg
