Exercise of the Month – Rotator Cuff Stretch

1. Place one arm straight across your chest

2. With your other arm, pull it in tight until you feel a gentle stretch at the back of the shoulder

3. Hold the position for 20 seconds and repeat 3 times on each side

4. You should feel a gentle stretch in the back of the shoulder but not pain
