Exercise of the Month – Neck and Upper Back Stretch
1. Stand up tall with your feet hip width apart.
2. Place your right hand on the top of your head.
3. GENTLY apply some pressure and pull your head down toward your right shoulder.
4. You will feel a stretch in the left side of your neck and upper back.
5. Hold for as long as it feels comfortable and then switch sides.
Reps: As many as is comfortable but no more than 5 in succession
