Exercise of the Month – Glute Stretch

1. Lie down on your bed or on the floor with your knees bent

2. Bend your right knee up toward your chest and rest your right foot on your left thigh

3. Grab your left thigh and pull your leg into your chest to feel a stretch in your left glute

4. Keep your back flat on the floor

5. Hold the stretch until your muscles ease and then repeat on the other side

Reps: 2 – 3
Good For: Gluteal and Lower Back
