Exercise of the Month – Calf Stretch

1. Stand on a step with both feet

2. Slide the left foot back until just the toes remain on the step and the heel is hanging off the edge

3. Keeping the leg straight, gently put weight through the left heel and feel the stretch up into the calf

4. Hold until it eases, then repeat on the other side

Reps: 4 – 5
